Our Buildings start with triple 2' x 8' treated runners as
the base.
Our floor joists are 12" on center with the greatest span being 64".
We use 3/4" tongue & grooved plywood for the floor.
Walls and Rafters are spaced 16" on center.
Exterior Walls are covered with 1/2" fir t-111, grooved 8" o/c.
The Buildings are sheathed with pine 1' x 6' boards and
topped with a 25 year fiberglass shingle.
They are finished with 2 coats of 100% acrylic latex solid stain.
